More than 35 million adults in the United States have debilitating lung disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pulmonary fibrosis. Although these chronic conditions do not have a cure, information and education outlining how to manage living with lung disease and maintaining the best quality of life is available.
Lake Huron Medical Center offers Full Service Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) for ages 6yrs and up.
PFT is used to determine patient diagnosis such as Asthma, COPD, and many other lung diseases.

Plethysmography box*

Single Breath Diffusion Testing
*Nitrogen Washout for those unable to tolerate being closed in Plethysmography Box.
