Our Informational Seminars are free to those interested in learning more. Meet members of our experienced team to learn about the surgical options available, your insurance coverage and how we can partner with you on your healthier lifestyle journey. For many, our bariatric surgery support group, or BFFs (Bariatric Friends Forever), is one of the most valuable aspects of Lake Huron Medical Center’s Bariatric program. It’s an opportunity for you to share your journey with other bariatric surgery patients. During the Bariatric Support Group meetings, a Registered Dietitian and/or Registered Nurse is available to answer your questions, offer suggestions and provide additional support.

Support Group meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month, except on holidays. Meetings are held at Lake Huron Medical Center, in the first floor conference room, at 6:00 p.m. To register for the Support Group call 810-216-1650.
