Port Huron, MI – Lake Huron Medical Center (LHMC) is pleased to announce its December 2022 Employee of the Month, Giovanna Lograsso. LHMC is honored to have a strong team of staff and volunteers working hard to deliver high-quality care to the Blue Water Area.
Giovanna works as a Nurses Aide in the Definitive Observation Unit (DOU) and has been an employee at LHMC for one year. She was nominated by a patient who commented, “She has helped me two days in a row, coming to my room, answering all call lights with a big smile on her face. Wonderful, positive attitude, even when I knew she was extremely busy covering the floor =) She was always fast in helping me with all my requests. She even called respiratory herself for me when my (also great) nurse was busy with other patients. She has a calm head under pressure and is a true asset to your hospital!”
