Lake Huron Medical Center (LHMC) is pleased to announce its April 2021 Employee of the Month, Pam Aaron. LHMC is honored to have a strong team of staff and volunteers working hard to deliver high-quality care to the Blue Water Area.
Pam works in the Environmental Services Department on the Definitive Observation Unit. She was nominated by a peer who commented, “Pam goes above and beyond every day, but especially today. We moved a patient to another room and Pam made the patient so happy and comfortable. She brought cardboard from his previous room’s window and willing it up in his new room because the patient is a night shift worker. She also got him fresh water and covered him with a warm blanket. The patient later commented how great Pam is and how much he appreciated her thoughtfulness”
